We love the South here at Daisy Peach Boutique and our products are made to reflect the rich culture and charm we cherish so much. These items are made in the South by local businesses and artisans, and we take great pride in sharing them with our customers.
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have up to 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and handling both ways will be deducted from your refund.
Yes, you can! At checkout, simply click the gift option and enter a personalized message. Your message will be included on the packing slip.
- Daisy Custom T-shirts: standard carrier rates
- Artisan custom accessories (bracelets, earrings and keychains): ranges from $5 to $7.50 but price may vary for large orders. Please note that these prices only apply to our custom-made accessories and not jewelry from our boutique collection.
- Boutique items (bags, apparel and jewelry collections): Charged by weight with prices ranging from $3.99 to 14.99
- Gift box orders take between 1-3 business days to process and ship.
- Custom t-shirts/accessories are made by local artisans and have a 5 day processing duration and will arrive in an estimated 10 days.
- Items in our Boutique collection have a processing time of 2-4 business days and an estimated shipping time of 2-14 business days. Please note that depending upon our inventory boutique collection items may take up three weeks to arrive.
- During the holiday seasons, processing and shipping may take additional time. Your will receive confirmation and updates on your shipping details throughout the process.
Most orders ship exclusively via UPS Ground. Some orders, may be shipped via USPS particularly if the order is going to: a Military APO/FPO/DPO address or a P.O. Box.
Although there is no option for shipping express on our checkout page, we can accomodate faster shipping options. Please send us a message here and we'll respond as soon as possible with a quote.
You will recieve a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another when your order has been shipped. Tracking information will be included in your shipping notification. You will receive an email confirmation when your gift is delivered.
Yes! We offer FREE shipping to military APO / FPO addresses! Please make sure the address is accurately typed in during check out and that you leave the country as USA on the checkout page so you will be awarded free shipping.
