BOILED PEANUTS

INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 pounds of raw peanuts
- About ¾ cup of salt
- Water

STEPS
Wash the peanuts and place them in a large pot. Cover with enough water to allow the peanuts to float. Add the salt.

Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat and let simmer for 1-2 hours.
