½ cup soy sauce
½ cup yellow mustard
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
3 to 4 cloves garlic crushed
3 to 4 pounds pork spareribs
¼ cup honey
Hot sauce to taste


Step 1: In a large pan, combine ¼ cup water with soy sauce, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic.

Step 2: Add ribs and marinate 1 to 2 hours in refrigerator.

Step 3: Combine honey and hot sauce.

Step 4: If using the oven, place marinade in bottom of pan, baste meat with honey mixture and bake at 400°. If using grill, boil marinade, then use it to baste ribs while grilling.

Step 5: Baste with honey mixture the last 20 minutes of cooking.

Step 6: Ribs are done when bone pulls away from meat with ease.
